Q.Do I need a data team to write rules?
No. Signal speaks plain English. 'Tell me when account X hasn't ordered in 14 days' is a valid rule. We'll help you write the first batch during onboarding.
Q.When will it be available?
Signal is in active development with a small group of foundation customers. Get on the notify list and we'll prioritise sectors with most demand.
Q.Will I be locked into a long contract?
No. Like every Sēon product, Signal will be monthly rolling with pause and cancel from your back-office. Trust earned, not extracted.
